The company had a blind spot when it came to quoting spot/transactional freight – both from a data capture and a decision support perspective. We created a quoting system to resolve these gaps by logging, capturing context and decision support, and allowing quick responses to requests for quotes. Our system also allows for direct integration with external shipper systems for automated responses to requests for quotes.
