Amplifi is an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning-based tool which is able to assess legal and regulatory communications to determine how likely a customer is to understand the content, to identify the words, sentences and clauses that are less intelligible, and suggest ways to improve intelligibility and aid simplification. This helps firms to ensure that their documents are more widely understandable, in a highly efficient manner, and backed by the novel application of established language frameworks.

We have set up the main infrastructure and developed the web portal part of the system where users can upload, assess and edit their legal and regulatory documents. We also closely worked with the Amplifi ML team on the integration of AI and ML results.
